I called the company today and the printers are new in retail packaging so it should be an easy deal. The ink alone is worth the price of each printer.

This might seem like a good deal but in Lexmark black ink carts in my experience have not refilled and reused well. In addition their cost per ml of ink in the cart new is very high. EBay does not even look to be a good market.

However if you are looking for one of those single use one time printers (aren't we all) this is the deal for you.

Sorry for the words, this is a great post for someone who does not print alot.

pretty nice deal if the cartridges are full capacity versions; unfortunately they're usually lower capacity starter cartridges from what I've heard. But hey, giving away the printers after you've used up the ink would be easy, seemingly magnanimous gifts.

edit: reported below that the cartridges are full capacity. So, a pretty nice deal.

Ink cartridge not included...not hot at Legend.

But I bought it anyways since I can have my work order the ink.

Mine arrived Friday. As quoted, they are new in box and most importantly, they have the proof of purchase sticker required for the rebate. The UPC is a small part of that sticker, BTW.
