Same here, I got my confirmation email while it was still in stock on their web site.
I actually called yesterday to a manager named chak or something, he could not care less about getting my money back. I told him that in order to place this order I purshased $100 flooz and if it is refuned, I am stucked because I can not spend this money anywhere else, and since they cancelled the order so late( and cancellation email still not coming yet, and flooz in still not refunded), I do not have enough time to buy something else and get it shipped before Christmas (it was a gift for my wife).
"Well, I am sorry to hear that, but we have 3,600+ items on our site and we do overnight shipping, you can definitely find something else your wife likes from us."
We have to do something to protect us from hearing this piece of crap.
