It's been a while since several different stores placed the same memory on sale during the same week. Last week Circuit City had the Kingston PC2700 ValueRam - but this week OfficeMax, Office Depot, and Best Buy have the same KVR333 memory on sale. The Kingston PC2700 memory can be had for as little as $100/GB (512MB DIMMs) this week, but requires a little footwork due to pricematches.

I picked-up four (4) 512MB modules with Samsung TCB3 chips and two (2) 256 modules with Micron chips. I also noted DIMMs with Mosel Vitelic chips (hottest o'c memory chips three years ago) and hynix D43 chips.

edit: for some reason I thought it was an instant rebate
edit2: I don't understand this deal at all. Ad says

$25 INSTANT Rebate on all Kingston KVR PC3200 modules! Click here for details!

but they turn around and tell you have to mail in something.
