No tax for CA at Dell home either. I think Dell home only charges tax to 6 or 8 states. The rest have no tax. It's 11 bucks cheaper at Dell than at TCWO or Newegg and it will generally get to you faster than TCWO. I like TCWO but they have always taken 2-3 days to process the order, then it comes by UPS ground, so it's usually 10 days for me to receive. Dell generally ships the next day and the warehouses can be west coast. Also, with this Dell deal the free shipping sometimes gives you the option of overnight shipping for free. Don't ask me how or why but I, and many others have gotten this perk for free. But Dell's ground shipping is free with purchase over 25.00

Also, for those interested, there's the 40X retail Lite-on for 59.36, free shipping and probably no tax Lite-on 40X
