Refurbished = Not Hot on this one...skip this one and pay a few bucks extra for a new retail set. Their refurbished keyboards and mice however i've had great experiences with. I have a set of cordless logitech keyboards and a mouse and it works great and looked almost new when I got it. This company does the fullfillment for overstock.com's logitech refurbs.

Cold deal. Its only like 20% more to get new speakers. Most refurbished computer products are merely silicon and wires, possibly some servos or moving parts. Speakers are intensely affected by wear-and-tear, and when you are buying based on sound quality, any factory assurances are meaningless.

i've had these speakers since early this year. all i can say is WOW these speakers are good. critics complain that the bass is a little boomy...i dont see it that way at all. it all depends on where you place the sub. i have it in the corner of my room....sounds great!! my only complaint is that the treble seems to distort at high frequencies....or maybe its just the quality of the mp3s. still...damn good speakers

I perfered my promedia 2.1's over the 560s....and that was a new set =)

Beyond this, I recommend NEVER buying used audio equipment.

I got these speakers a while back with the first dell deal. These speakers are great, but one thing to remember. Don't get monstercables for them, you won't really tell any difference at all.. stupid me hehe oh well.. i gotta tell you tho.. these speakers sound nice.. very clear.. good bass.. and u don't really need 400W unless you want to piss off your RA (go residence halls!)

Got my speakers home and only the right channel worked. :disgust: Can't beleive someone would post a site that defrauds its cutomers like this. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau and Gomez, though I doubt they're even listed there. Even with an RMA, for what it will cost to ship these back would make it equivalent to buying them new. I strongly recommend that anyone else that got ripped off report them as well. JumpOnDeals, you need to re-edit this thread to NOT HOT!

I recieved the speakers last saturday and they didn't work. Only the head phone port works. It's better of to spend the extra cash and not rish the high chance of getting a broken set like many of us. Now I understand why they're called Justdeal...

Guys, don't be so quick to write these speakers off as broken. A common problem with the early Z-560's was a bad connector from the control unit to the bass. I bought mine early this year and have repeatedly had to adjust the connector that plugs into the bass in order to get any sound or sound from both sides. It's a bit of a nuisance but I don't want to pay for shipping to Logitech for them to fix it. Besides that little connection problem, the speakers are awesome. I just wish I had waited for Logitech to get some experience making these speakers instead of buying 'em right off the bat. Hope that helps.

They are definitely incredible speakers, I just don't use them much. They work perfectly too.

^ for some good shiite, I have these for a couple months got em for $115 delivered deal awhile back,
everything worked out of the box. def worth couple extra bucks for new.
lol- I had this hooked to my puter for awhile then decided to put the sub to my receiver for movies
then I used 2 of the satelites on my puter w/an old reciever I had layion around and the other 2 sats
are going to be my rear channel talk about alot of usefulness for the price, oh yeh they sound good,
although alittle muddy on the highs but could quality of mp3/sound card though.

Not to crap in your thread but I would not order a case screw from these guys. (IT would be shipped to you stripped and useless just like the products they sell). I ordered a 32X CD Drive and a set of Logitec Speakers (3piece system) for a good deal I thought, shipping was %25 of the order price, got the order in a fair amount of time, but when I opened the box, the CDROM rattled, and I still decided to try it, no good. The speakers were not refurb as promised but very used and beat up and one satellite does not work. I contacted them and they said they would issue a RMA but they would not refund shipping, I have to pay for shipping back and the crooks will charge me a 15 % restocking fee!!! They sell jusk, they ship untested junk and claim it to be in working order. CROOKS
