and a scan of the bottom of my mouse faxed to 716-447-7330 and include my name, mailing address, and phone #

425.635.7040: gave my name, email and mailing address; got a reference #; transfered to another rep; told to call warranty replacement @ 800.360.7561 (ironic, no?); gave her my reference # and part # from the mouse; received an
order number and told 3-4 weeks for a new mouse as they are on backorder.
well, not as smooth as some others have experienced, but not bad either. I love companies that support their customers
after a sale. very nice...
