Received it July 5, 2002. Bill Gates might be the anti-christ, but MS's customer service, rebates included, is second to none.
Erhm no. HARDWARE support/service YES. Not software. With software they totally SUCK. Right now I've been going around and around with them on an obscure issue with IE and online support and they have told me several incorrect things, then they say I need to call MS and pay $200 for a support call. No, I dont think so.
All the times I've tried MS software support they have sucked... bad.
