Just went to go get 2 of these (one for my brother and one for myself) and boy was it horrible. First the person from CompUSA took 10 minutes to tell me that they couldn't do the price match to BB because they were out of stock. I went to the local BB (its in the same complex so it took about 1 min) and saw that they had at least a dozen. Drove back to CompUSA and told them that i went there and that it DEFINITELY was in stock. Manager told them to ring BB but it took them 5 minutes before they could get someone from BB on the phone, all the while the girl (she was a CompUSA employee just standing on the side) was complaining that she didn't know if they were the same product (IT CLEARLY STATES WHAT THE PRODUCT IS ON THE PRINTOUT AND ON THE DAMN BOX!!...i think she was illiterate and i wouldn't be surprised to find out if she actually is). After a two minute discussion over the phone the dude started to tell me that they couldn't do it because BB had it in stock. WTF?!?! After reasoning with him that since BB has it in stock, they should have to honor the pricematch, he finally agreed...and then left. Great...the only person who knows that it was in stock just left. After waiting an additional 10 minutes b/c the cashiers didn't know if it was in stock or not, the manager comes again. He calls the dude who was on the phone with BB and verifies that it was in stock. Finally, after a good half hour, i get it price matched to BB. The people at my CompUSA are complete and absolute retards. Oh i would definitely do it again just to piss them off and i will take every advantage of these hot deals to price match sh*t at their store, even if i am going to return it the next day, just to be a dick.
Moral of the story: treat me like a leper and I'll make you eat my dead skin.
