cordless depot's one is refurbished.. however you can try your luck with the CSR. if the CSR doesn't see that line, then you are in luck. I doubt it tho.

That is a good deal, for those of you who dont mind refurbs with a warranty check Ubid I just got the same model for $69 there were 130 of them (60 silver and about 60 black) That was the first thing I have ever bought from Ubid but I thought it was a good deal (50% less than new and no rebates) I think they sell extended warranties for about $18 a year as well.

PM with Staples won't work. Not unless you want to pay Vanns.com $33 next day shipping. Staples only ships ground UPS if the item is a special order. These phones are not. You'll receive it next business day from Staples, ergo they will charge the extra shipping fee to match Vanns. bummer
