Okay, went to Wendy's for lunch today.

I bought 2 nuggets.

On one, scored a free Blockbuster movie rental

On the other, Free 5pc nuggets.

I should have eaten there, then I could have gotten the free 5pc nuggets, and gotten another prize!

For me the odds were 1:1, so i guess you ALWAYS win!?

what surprises me is this is on an order i already love to eat. Not like, "order medium fries with a large Fanta, and a Salad and a chilli." its too easy.

Wendys nuggets, along with a baked potato, makes for the ultimate $2 fast food meal.

I like to spend the extra buck (only at Wendy's) and get 2 double stacks and 5 pc chicken nuggets, or a double stack, a jr bacon cheeseburger, and nuggets.

But yeah I'd have to say the best I can do for $2 is a Big Cheesburger (or a Western Cheeseburger now) and two taco's for $2 at Jack in the box.

Wife and I just returned from Wendy's.

Contest ends 10/4/2002 or whenever supplies run out (which could be anytime).

I ordered the Big Bacon Classic combo super sized and the burger sucked, don't get it. If you want a burger you're better off getting 1-2 of the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger for 99 cents each, they probably taste better, more filling and cheaper than 1 Big Bacon Classic.

Wife had two 5 piece nuggets - 1 Free Frosty and 1 Free Blockbuster video rental
I also had two 5 piece nuggets - 1 Free Frosty and 1 Free Blockbuster video rental, yes we won the same prizes, is that rigged or what?

We'll be visiting Wendy's 3-4 times a week until the promo ends.

Prizes must be claimed/used by December 31, 2002.

I went and got a single 5 piece today and it had a free game rental. I wanted to try out Animal Crossing because I'm not sure if I want to buy it or not, so I go to rent it and it's out of stock...but it's guaranteed to be in stock. So they gave me a raincheck for a free rental. So I got 2 free rentals for my 99 cents

2 nuggets (1 free)
jr bacon cheeseburger (Free)
small frosty (Free)
For $2.47

Tickets I acquired and still have:

2 free movie rentals
1 free baked potato with chives
1 free frosty. (Both do not need additional purchase.)

This just ROCKS!

There's nothing in wendys game rules that says its "only vhs" - the prizes are specifically for "movie rentals". They screwed you. I'd go back to them if you have anymore game pieces and show them the rules.
