Whats the formula for figuring out RAM speeds ? Is it 0.5X FSB (or is it 2X FSB).

The FSB on a Conroe system is 1066MHz ... so whats the ideal memory speed ? 533 MHz (or 2132 MHz .. nah! really ?).
