Yes it's available for online purchases only, however I have been successful in using OM.com coupons at OM B&M when I bought my Canon A40. Of course YMMV.

I'm in the same boat as you pinky, I'd like a cam and this one is cheap, but after this review DV52 Review They seem to think it's only ok and that their are better cameras for the $$$

This is a good deal considering I was just considering a Sony at the $500 price mark, but the Panasonic is only an ok camera according to the review.

I've got a last year model, PV-DV51, which I got a year ago from Dell with their $100 off $400 in accessories.
If you can get it for $272 and you are just casual camcorder user, I say grab it. It's a pretty nice camera, battery life is good, powerful optical zoom is good too.

Sears has it on sale for $449.99 so a PM potential exists if your not interested in MSN "virtual cash".
edit: If you're really lucky, use your $350 or $340 printout from OM to PM Sears and they have a circular in Sundays paper w/ a coupon for $25 off $250. Definitely YMMV.
