I dont know who's are better, but the patriots can do over DDR2-1000. I have a pair

Same here, they pull it with no problem whatsoever. Additionally I got my rebates back from 4gb of this in under 60 days

Dang, both those deals look good. I think I'll go with the ballistix since I can get 4gig. I wish Gigabyte's memory qualified vendors list was easier to read. I don't want to run into the same problems others on this board have with the P35 chipset.

4 gigs is a deal breaker, but since I run patriots on my board already (gigabyte p35 ds3-P) Its a great deal for upgrade.

I went with 4GBs of the Patriot memory.. shipping 2 to me and 2 to my sister (different address and last name ).

I actually ended up going with the patriot anyways. The ballistix had a limit of one rebate per product per household and the patriot was a better deal after rebait.
