Too many nay sayers turned my off on this deal when it was happening, but it was a good price amir (I've been checking around).

You can (probably) overclock in the Firmware on the card. Then you can overclock regardless of driver versions. I got a 20% (I was conservative) overclock on my 6200 (non-nv43). However, you can OC the memory with coolbits no problem.

Apparently many ppl are looking for cheap upgrades to their Ge4200/4600. What are the best options right now? It would have to be <$120, I believe. I'd guess these cards are in P4's 2.4~2.8 or equivalent.

I oc'ed mine (BFG 6200) in the firmware... You can do memory OC with coolbits, but have to upgrade the Firmware BIOS (more risky) to get GPU OC'ing.
