hmm the warranty for the card is only 90 days and it looks cheap, i wouldn't trust the brand...

I have a PQI 512MB CF (about a year old) and havent had a problem with. I would howerever wonder about the vender (softwarenstuff.com)

I really don't think you have to worry about flash memory.
They're pretty rugged

My first CF card was a PQI. It was a whopping 32MB and I got it 5 years ago from a dude on the street in HK. Still works fine.

As far as I know that computer parts in HK is not much cheaper than in here. They just dont have rebates, PM, stackable coupons. One thing good is the regular price on computer and parts is not as high as we have in here. I can check it out for you when I go back in Dec.

Which did you buy--the SD card or the thumb drive? The PQI SD card doesn't come with the adapter I think you're talking about (it does come with the PQI thumb drive though)...
