Even as it is right now, it's still worth the $ IMHO.

Cool, let us know when you get a DVI cable

They're available at SVC as well for a little bit more, so it is unlikely it's a refurb. Not to mention they would most likely have it in the description, jeaz people are real untrustworthy aren't they. Now that it seems like a good deal are people going to start complaining about too short a warranty?

I just ordered one of these for my GF's sister. Now, not only is the company's reputation riding on the sale, but mine as well. Sigh.

Total Cost + tax = $568 (add $20 for DVI from BB ) and u get $588! Great deal in my book.

I'll let u know when I get it. =)

Ok, I bit. Ordered 2. $1050 (no tax and free shipping)

I'm going to run them analog until the Matrox Parhelia is available. I'll report back as to their analog quality when I receive them.

Just got my monitor today. Not bad took five days shipping from CA to NY.

Intial impressions. Got the monitor everything looks fine. Came in retail box. No dead pixels. Monitor is bright and crisp. I am running at 1280 x 1024. Looks just as good as my old monitor a KDS Rad5. Although I think the KDS was a little sharper. I am running it through the analog inputs. Should look better when my DVI cable comes. For $525 shipped I think this a very good deal compared to similar LCDs at this price.

Since this monitor has both analog and DVI inputs, can I have two different computers hooked up to it and switch between the two? Anyone done this?

Thanks!

I'd think you would need a KVM switch, because even though it has both inputs, how would you switch between them?

It should auto detect which input the signal is comming from. Otherwise, it will have a switch (a-b).

Computer Surplus Outlet is only a mile or two from where I work...they let people browse around and look for the kinds of old and/or weird stuff that they have (scored an 8-bit ISA NIC for my PC/XT one time...with the MS Networking Client off of the NT Server CD, it talks to my Samba server just fine now ). I'd think that other vendors that deal mainly in new parts, such as Newegg, would have at least a will-call counter where you can pick stuff up.

Anyone who has this monitor. Are you having trouble adjusting the colors. I used the autoadjust but somehow the colors still look funny. Is there
a program that helps you adjust colors on a LCD?

I'd like to know if there's a noticeable difference between DVI and analog, in terms of picture quality....

Rhombuss, I bought this monitor too, excellent image quality and an awesome monitor for the price! DVI input and USB hub too. I'm very happy with it. Bright, vivid colours and crips text. And I'm using it with analog input right now, waiting for my DVI cable to arrive.

Hi I bought the Hyundai LCD too. However I am having problems calibrating the brightness/contrast and RGB. Can anyone tell me what their setting are. BTW I am using
a Radeon 8500.

Where did you get it from? And what kind of cable EXACTLY do I need?
