Of course it's not going to be a PS3. Get real. Even says in the description (on Target's site at least)

Clearly someone messed up. No way they'll honor PS3's for $40 + shipping. I wouldn't be surprised if amazon passes the orders on to target and they ship out a buttload of PS3 Move controllers without canceling anything.

I ordered mine from Amazon. The product page, checkout, and receipt clearly state "playstation 3 console".

I'd say the chances are very low you'll actually get one, but with amazons excellent return policy it's risk proof.
