Tee_Edwards I just got off the phone with them and they told me that my account was canceled for NO reason. *uckin sucks. So they went ahead and put my order through again but the convertible inline pants i wanted are all gone now. Gap is officially on my kiss my arse list

The only thing that I could find that I could use was the Laptop Backpack for $14.95. Couldn't use the $5 off so I went to the local Gap to see if maybe they had these. They did, and this is one great pack for $15. Has padded compartment that my Toshiba fits into like a leg in a stocking,and a ton of other zippered pockets, including a padded one for a diskman. Got caught in the rain on the way home and it seems to be fairly water repellent also. Nice pack if you have a use for it.

Wow, they cancelled 9 out of 10 items that I ordered too. That sucks. Those were all really cheap Christmas presents. I didn't get my shipping confirmation for my October 3rd order until tonight. I just finished writing my really nasty reply on e-mail. I'll let you know how it turns out. Remember, don't ever trust any sales from Gap Online. They are definitely full of it.

I got one out of the seven items I ordered. The rest were cancelled with zero explanation. I wrote them an email asking why my items were cancelled with no explanation and asking why I should ever bother to shop with them again after they wasted several hours of my time for nothing. Their response: After I place my next order, I can call their 800 number to get %10 off. If they weren't an established B&M, they'd go under faster than boo.com did a while back. They are a bunch of clueless morons.

Hey perry i honestly wish you the best of luck on getting your orders. I made 2 orders and they were both canceled for no reason. No conformation email nothing, i called csr a week ago and re-did the orders, and still a week later no email nothing. Dont even bother wasteing yoru time looking through their merchandise.
