The confusion is probably because you can get the SanDisk c140 1 GB player free with the purchase of e4c headphones.

The original link for the Shure headphones in the OP's message goes to the E2C-n (black) product. When poking around looking for this deal I found that the regular E2C headphones also had this deal, and were selling for $68.86. The 512MB player also is showing as in stock.

It's because the shure's are not from Amazon.com but a 3rd party. I guess we have to wait for amazon to restock.

Amazon has stock of the E2c now, but they're $99. The 512MB mp3 player is still free.

While the Earphones themselves are $99, it might be a price mistake, but you can get the earphones + replacement foams for only $78.38 (before ship/tax).
