Nice post, Mojo is a good player, better shock resistence than original RIO, IMHO.

hmmm its on order... and the rebate has to have a receipt dated by December 31st... if i ordered one now would my invoice show that i ordered it today or would it show the day it shipped?

That's the old model. I have a Rio Sp-250 and it kicks ass. The 100 skipped alot and had a sorta bad interface, but the 250 is really great. IMHO its better than the mojo, but it does cost more.

yeah i was only looking to spend maybe around 100 dollars on an mp3 cd player and this would be perfect if i can get in on the rebate

the drawbacks are that its not firmware upgradeable and it doesn't support WMA format... do these two features warrant the extra cost of the SP-250?

whats the point of saying its a repost when the last thread with this item on sale on this was 1 month ago. I just received a flyer from jandr and decided to share it with ya($80 off its original price) but someone had to put their 2 cents worth in....

lol even the last thread had its first post say repost haha...

its a fairly good deal. I had to decide between sp-250 and this and I chose sp250 for 140 after mir.. I can upgrade the firmware and play wma.. to ME that was worth it..

No flame wars get started unless people have hot tempers about small things like this no need for worry there......

If you just want a good mp3 cd player to get the job done and do it well this will do that great ... the way I look at it is this is sorta the base model sp-250 is the one thats loaded .
