No dice here, either. It says it will be applied to your cart as soon as you sign in and all eligibility requirements are met, whatever that may mean.

For anyone not able to get the $5 off, try this:

- close any browser windows that are viewing bestbuy.com
- go to your cookie manager and delete all bestbuy.com cookies (or clear them all, just to make sure you don't miss one).
- go to the $5 off link first, then sign-in or create an account
- select the matrix reloaded and add to cart
- You should see the "$5 off single order" appear

Hope this helps some people out. This is what I had to do because I couldn't see the $5 off at first either.

This is a Pretty good deal BUT:

If you elect to get the standard free shipping, expect to wait at least TWO WEEKS to get your DVD! I tried to add the DVD to my cart (since I don't feel like waiting an ungodly amount of time,AGAIN for something from BB.com), and then select In-Store pick up, but I guess I can't do this since they technically don't have it in stock yet?

Anyone know how I can use the $5 off coupon if I just want to pick up the DVD at the store, and then still get it for $9.99? Would I have to wait until Tuesday and only then will the 'Pick Up In Store' option be visible?

Anyone have an idea on this??

Worked for me once I cleared ALL the bestbuy cookies. $10.61 and however long later, I'll have my DVD!
