The Matrox G200 MMS supports this monitor and the IBM T221. They use the same LCD panel but I think the electronics are different. This high resolution will not be very useful for normal or power users. It's best suited for high end graphics, CAD and medical users.

The IBM T210 is more usable and more affordable (~$2800) with a resolution of 2048x1536 and a size of 20.8".
