Well, I decided to call their 1-800 number around customer support to see why my orde was cancelled (played dumb) and I was given some song and dance about how Visiontek can't supply the quantity needed. I asked why I never got an email telling me they had cancelled my order, "sir, sometimes that happens, I apologize..."
I was told I'd get a $20 coupon to apply to a future purchase via email. Not sure I want to give them any more of my business at this point. Heck, they could have been a bit more forthcomeing about all of this.
What dissapoints me about this is it seems people who ordered AFTER me are still going to get fulfilled. What was the logic here??
I think everyone who got cancelled should call and raise cain. At a minimum we can cost them a bunch in $20 coupons!!
