Call the number (wait for the CSR) and ask about the status. My CSR read from a screen as to the reasons for the cancellation, and then offered me a $10 coupon for my next purchase. I said what about $20, since I heard that others were getting that. So that's what I'm getting!!

Too bad I hesitated on the Gateway deal, though.
