Unless you've been in a cave the past week, everyone knows the BEST value in webhosting is with Dixiesys.com especially since they're currently offering a 2 FOR 1 deal!

I have 2 websites hosted with Dixiesys and so far I have been VERY HAPPY with the speed and service. Just wish they'd stop moving servers around, etc. because my sites go down every now and then but Gary runs a fantastic business.

I think it's worth the upgrade from personal to small site hosting but that's just me. If you're upgrading from small site to something larger then that get's a little more spendy.

Another vote for Manlius.com. I have my brother's site hosted there and never had problems with them. Their support is much, much, much better than the last hosts i've used.
