Hotmail account hacked

My Hotmail account account hacked 3rd time in recent months. Someone can send junk E-mails from my account to my contact list. I changed password, still same issue. what is the remedy? Does it has anything to do with facebook account?

It's extremely easy to spoof the From address in an email. If someone already got access to your contact list once, changing your password won't prevent them from sending emails to them again.

I'm thinking that one or more of the computers that you use (access your hotmail) has been compromised. You probably shouldn't do any online banking until you check them all.

Scan all of the computers that you use and change all your main passwords to something complex and that may fix the problem.

As was stated above, scan your computer. Download Malwarebytes and scan your system in safe mode. Most likely, you have a keylogger hiding and you need to get it out ASAP. If you are still wary, then the best possible solution would be to reload your operating system to ensure nothing was left behind.

I was just going to say the same thing that the first response said. Your account itself doesn't need to be hacked in order to spoof that emails "came" from your address. And once they have your "contact list" there is nothing that you can do about it since it is just a list of other email addresses. I mean, once someone has your phone number they can call you. If they get a list of your friends' phone numbers, they can call those phone numbers. Nothing you can do about that unless all your friends change their email addresses.

But if they do have your contact lists, I suspect that you have a keylogger or other software installed on your computer. Scan it with anti-virus and anti-spyware software such as Malwarebytes, Spybot Search and Destroy, and/or Hijack-This! or similar tools.

Yes, it does have all the earmarks of a key logger in your system.

Also make sure you change all your security questions and answers too.
