I got these last month from Buy.com for $28.97 with free shipping and a $10 rebate. The rebate came in the mail four weeks later.

These are a good deal for most users. You can spend more for better quality, but the only thing it lacks is a headphone jack. The volume control knob is big and easy to use.

Can I use 2 of these as a 4.2(yea that is 4.2--2 subs and 4 satellites) system with my Audigy 2?

Slightly funny, and a reminder about all the "deals" we are getting - this was yesterday's one day only deal, with an original price of forty something. Now the one day deal is the new regular price.

Well, it works out to $22.47 after rebate. I think Buy.com does free shipping on selected items and changes from week to week. I know these went up by $10 a week after I bought mine.

Maybe someone knows how to configure these for a 4.2 setup. I think it wouldn't be worth the hassle, when you could step up to a 4.1 system rather than buying two of these.
