and headed out to my local best buy. I asked about the contracts and basically you do have to sign up with ATT...which I was planing to do anyways.

The guy had 4 left...and I bought the thing for 24.99 with 39.99/mo 500anytime and UNlimited Nites and weekend...I'm paying 39.99 for 350 min rite now...hell why not

Just when I thought my day couldn't get any better...the guy hands me a 50 dollar rebate....woo hooooo...Thats $-25 for the phone!! I don't have a scanner or else I scan the rebate for u guys...but if u go into the

store...I'm sure u can find one. Good Luck all

CBR600F4iRed, I think you could get a better deal from AT&T.

You should get the national plan at $34.99 for 500 minutes and 3000 nights and weekends. It's five bucks cheaper and no roaming at all. Granted thats it's not unlimited nights and weekends but 3000 minutes IS virtually unlimited nights and weekend.

You can ask the AT&T to give you the first month free. That's what I did and it worked.

How about some more details on that rebate. FOr instance, is a contract required for the rebate? Can you provide a scan of the form?

Whew!!! You scared me for a minute. I thougth I was being ripped off. You only get unlimited nights and weekend for life if you sign up for the 2 years plan. I signed up for the 1 year plan so they gave me only 3000. I figure after a year contract I would re-negotiate for a better deal or go with another company for a better deal.
