Getting into some very gray legal area there, as far as I know, but you're responisible for following the law where you are, not where the service you're using is, right? But then I guess theres the gambling sites that are legal... I'm confused.

That simply is not true. RIAA may have some good points, but their brutal tactics won't help the industry in the long run, I believe.
