Where did this list come from? Has the trial court authorized disclosure? Personally I have grave doubts the DOJ and/or Jack Smith's office would have leaked this-they are too professional.

Compiled based on known information and connecting the dots I would guess. I've gone through a lot of them based on the Smith filing and I gotta say it looks like it's highly accurate.

Chief Justice Roberts will go down in history as leading the most corrupted conservative controlled SCOTUS in the history of our nation. Ironically, his not being able to rein in fellow conservative scofflaws Thomas and Alito from arrogantly abusing their positions speaks to how Roberts really isn't the actual leader of that Court, rather he is a mere figurehead being manipulated by the real sources of power and influence at the Heritage Foundation and Federalist Society.

The deafening silence by the Republican Party not immediately calling for Trump to step down confirms the official death of the Republican Party. They are literally supporting a rapist, convict, traitor. Ronald Reagan would be hung along with Pence by these evil clowns.

I see your point. However, I really believe he didn't have a choice in that matter due to his being nothing more than a subservient lackey of, for and by the people that actually own and operate that thoroughly corrupted court. Reason being, they don't want Roberts interfering with their ability to lavishly swoon their way into owning the hearts and souls of as many conservatives in that court as possible.

Reporting indicates that not only was Roberts not forced into the decision, he actively lobbied for it.

To be clear they believe the executive branch should be run by the president if the president is a Republican. If the president is a Democrat the executive branch should be run by random judges in Texas.
