You missed the point, it will get the same results the voting fraud cases did. How many of them made it thru the appeals processes and to the SCOTUS? IIRC only 2 cases hit the SCOTUS and they where rejected immediately by the SCOTUS. I believe that for a case to even make it to the appeals courts, there had to be a ruling by the lower courts, and a mistake had to be made. They can't just take it to the appeals court because they don't' agree with the ruling. To get a court ruling, a case has to have grounds to make it to the court. Bannon has no grounds for a lawsuit. He can try, but the case will be thrown out, on that bases.^^^ This ain't your Daddy's SCOTUS. This one has shown they don't care about past rulings, even their own.
