Nah. Dems trying to cooperate and give them a chance to explain themselves. Here’s hoping once everything gets revealed, all these traitorous house members lose in the midterms.Of course they won’t cooperate, but I’m wondering if this is indicative of new evidence?

Yeah, here is to hoping that all the people that haven't cared about criminal behavior by Republicans before start caring about criminal behavior by Republicans this time.Nah. This will be ignored and they'll run out the clock.
Trump killed "normal".Of course it will. But how can a soon to be House Speaker argue that Congressional subpoenas don't matter. I know the Fox News crowd won't care, but what about all the other people Congress may want to subpoena?

Rep. Mikie Sherrill has some information about this tour on Jan 5th. I also remember a story told by Rep. Jim Clyburn. He has 2 doors to his office. One marked and one unmarked. The terrorists that day skipped the marked door and tried to breach the unmarked door.Rep Barry Loudmilk held a tour of the capitol on Jan 5, contradicting denials by the GOP.
Of course they're protesting their innocence, just like a child caught red-handed with a hand in a cookie jar.But I don’t get the tours, why wasn’t that the first thing that was looked into? Pelosi said no tours because of covid. So why were there so many newly elected members with that many people there witnessed by other house members? Okay family members to celebrate being sworn in. But Boeberts gang of misfit clearly aren’t. All on camera. All had to sign in and pass security screening. But yet these idiots protest their innocence.
So.... If Trump "is" indicted before the midterms, and republicans take the house and senate in the midterms, and.... republicans shut down the investigating committees, is Trump STILL INDICTED?
Can the republican control of the house and senate also shut down an indictment?
Do we even care????
Holy crap why do people think the DOJ is affected by congress. And even if the make investigations to Biden, Harris and Pelosi and refer to DOJ, as if Garland going to do anything towards a sitting president.So.... DOJ is part of the executive branch. No.So.... If Trump "is" indicted before the midterms, and republicans take the house and senate in the midterms, and.... republicans shut down the investigating committees, is Trump STILL INDICTED?

Why do people think the DOJ is affected by congress?
Because AGs can be removed from office by Congress.
In a sane world (as the Founding Fathers pictured), getting two-thirds of the Senate and a majority in the House would be an easy removal/Impeachment. Unfortunately we no longer live in a sane world. If ever in US history that was a solid case to remove a Justice for ethics and conflict of interest, this has to be it.
Yeah so? Biden would just have acting AGs for last 2 years. Why do people think the DOJ is affected by congress?
