Reminded me of the movie 'Maxed Out.' They showed how the big bank Wells Fargo was the one funding the largest check cashers, payday lenders and pawnshops.
It sucks to be thoes people. Should have thought about what they can realistically afford without thoes delusions of endless appreciation.
If you went with an ARM chances are you can't really afford a house.
