Called J and R, when my out of the box 1200U failed to move the light bar when it was unlocked. Called Epson, and they tried to fix over phone, but something happened in shipment. So when I called J and R, they said that they were out of stock, and if I returned it they could not give me another. The guy even said that a yesterday he was on the phone with a guy that had ordered 100 of them. He said that they were only able to give him 1. Anyway I took my 1200U into the Epson authorized place here in Southern Cal, at Avalon and Domniquez, and they had it fixed in an hour. No charge... But the dust is killing me...
Need to follow a fix for this, or call my guy who fixed it, and get a suggestion...for cleaning. I did ask him how to open it, in case after the year warranty I needed to do things myself, and he said make sure you are clean and working in a clean area. Guess he new his dust problems...
