So Im in the need of a laptop for school, and I cant decide between this Acer Here on Newegg., or an Ibook.
I am really leaning towards the Acer notebook because of its 100% guarunteed compatibility with the software I use for school. I am unfamiliar with the mac counterparts/if any and it would give me a learning curve to deal with, but I am not ruling it out..... The point of this post isnt to help me decide which one but to inform me as to the quality of Acer's Notebooks.
First thing is first. Will I be able to get the 5 hours claimed for battery life? Even if it is closer to 4 that would still be ok.
Quality wise how is this notebook. I heard that Acer and Averatec notebooks where basically the same, and averatecs are supposed to be good but there isnt one for this price that fits my needs/wants.
Are there any other decent laptops withen this price area that has good battery life?
Thanks,
Josh
