I remember John Edwards (John Kerry’s former running mate) went to trial on very similar issues (I.e. using campaign money to pay off a mistress), but was acquitted after the jury deadlocked on most issues. There's nothing you say there that I wasn't warned about in advance including Michael Moore's prediction of MI falling to Trump and the nation consequently in 2016 (and yes, I was aware of those things before polls closed), explicit warnings from people here prior to Jan. 6, his loss in 2020 was predictable and I expected that, the Twitter rollback, but I expect DJT's chances in 2024 to be nil... he may or may not suffer from indictments, etc. I'm not predicting a lot, I'm not much into predicting anyway, "have no expectations" is a way of life I haven't abandoned.I think we should acknowledge most of us are not good at predicting the future especially with regards to Donald.

How many people here successfully predicted Donald would win the 2016 election, and most of the scandals he engaged in or was implicated in (approximately a thousand), and he would lose the 2020 election and he would call for armed insurrection AND thousands of people would descend on the capital building AND they would assault the place and several people would be killed in that escapade and he would be allowed back on twitter?
