He won two Superbowls against the Patriots.....
yeah, its pretty mind boggling how that actually happened
He won two Superbowls against the Patriots.....
I, for one, feel that the shotgun is ruining the manly intimacy between a center and his QB.
How is Eli Manning still a starting QB?
Unless you got Mark Schlereth playing center...D:
Two of these help.

Wow, I wonder where all the morons who argued with me and said RGIII was "better" than Luck have gone. Their silence is deafening.
I never was an RG3 fan but I don't hate him. He's a freak athlete but I haven't seen much progression as a QB. As a fan of Philadelphia Eagles, I hope him continued lack of success for Washington.
But enough about RG3. Let's talk about you. You seem hurt. Here's a picture to cheer you up.
Remember to buy lots of hand lotion.
Was a freak athlete before several knee surgeries. I don't know if we have any idea what kind of athlete he is today.
Next year is the last year of his contract so it will be interesting to see what happens. He's going to have to light it up next year to secure a new contract.
Seems to me legit starting QBs are getting rarer and harder to find with the diluted league. How many teams have a real starter right now? In five years if Winston and Mariotta suck like I think they will people are gonna be wishing they had Eli and RG3.
RG3 will get money from someone unless he keeps getting hurt.
Good starters have always been hard to find and obviously it got harder when the NFL talent pool was diluted when it expanded by 4 teams in the 90s/2000s. Even back when the NFL had 26 and 28 teams, quality starters were tough to find.
I tried explaining this to my friends a few years ago regarding Romo. Do you really want to go finding a new QB when the one you have is more than serviceable? Stuff the debate if he's "elite" or not, he's at minimum a quality starter and you don't just toss that aside.
I guess they liked the cadre of talent like Quincy Carter, Chad Hutchinson, Clint Stoener and Drew Henson.

In 2013, Foles started horrendously but then got on a roll that didn't end until the playoffs. However, his 119.2 QB rating was misleading because it included a number of poor throws that luckily went unpunished, such as dropped interceptions or actual interceptions called back on penalty. The most important fact that people forget about the NFL's QB rating is that it's really a measure of the offense, not specifically the quarterback; most passers can throw a bubble screen, but how effective it is really isn't on him.
Nick Foles has struggled this season, both under heavy pressure and otherwise.
Now, did Foles play poorly in 2013? Not at all. He was pretty good (our No. 17-rated QB), but he certainly wasn't as good as his NFL passer rating suggested.

*Otoh, Jim Plunkett and Trent Dilfer have rings, so . . .
Say what you will about Plunkett, but that man was tough.

I notice you didn't have anything nice to say about Dilfer. Oh, that is because he is sucks and is also a terrible TV personality.
You say this, and I agree, but of course this is a year where a RB is setting a record or two and will be close a couple more. Also, look at the state of the NFL running back today -- it has basically become a commodity, job-by-committee position today. Gone are the days of the Paytons, Campbells, Dorsetts, Sanders, and Smiths tearing it up.
