Well... light does also generate heat when it's absorbed by a thing, and there are ways of producing light other than by heating atoms. (But yes, in this scenario, the light is of course being produced by a bunch of really hot atoms.)I like how the hoax states that Venus' light will heat Jupiter's atmosphere. My guess is the vast majority of people do not understand heat (well, actually heat is also a by-product of molecular movement) generates light, not the other way around.
