How can I make Win2000 Server more secure?

I have already installed sp3, but can 2000 Server really be tweaked into a more secure OS?

First thing that comes to mind is to put it behind a firewall with a good ruleset for what you're doing. I know a ton of places that run them naked to the world.

Step 4: Place computer in safe
