What's described in the op may not technically be, but fashion shows still sexualize their actresses. Based on the posts above I'm assuming she's a European model which kind of makes it less of an issue.

"produced to elicit sexual arousal" is the problematic part of the definition. For example, most people wouldn't regard a picture of a foot as porn, but some have a fetish for it. Without the truthful and original intent of the artist who produced it to state whether it was produced as porn, the definition becomes all a bit meaningless, without it, engage rule 34 and then everything is porn!

Had never heard of her before and while not ugly she's hardly beautiful. She does have a look that is pretty common in modeling so no surprise she's become one.

Back when Milla Jovovich was about 12 years old she was discovered and became the face of several fashion magazines and her modeling then acting career began. No, it's not child porn. Modeling has just branched off in it's own esoteric direction that seemingly has nothing to do with aesthetic appeal or sexuality at all. It's awful looking women wearing awful looking things in front of people who are so steeped in the modeling culture that they can't objectively evaluate what they are seeing.
