Not a license, but a stamp for a class 4 weapon. The problem is most cops have no clue about the laws and flip out if you own one. Typically, they confiscate the weapon till someone smarter than them gives it back to you.

Disregarding the obvious insult for now, I'll tell you that I don't give this amendment or any of the other ones much thought in my day to day activities. Usually I don't sit around imagining what religion I'll belong to today, how many soldiers I don't have to quarter in my house, or how search warrants and probable cause work. Maybe I should.

All that other stuff is in the past, the cops gave me back my pistol and after having to go through all of that stuff I was turned off by guns- I gave the pistol to my cousin Now years later I want a few pistols because we get a lot strange folks around here and some of them might be dangerous.

My grandmother gave my brother a freaking real Cherry wood large coffee table a few years ago when certain things happened. I'll just say over time i have her situated in a nice assisted living these days.

I haven't even been over there in a few years, used to about make me want to puke when I looked at the table and he would be sitting on the couch wearing a pair of work boots crossed over on it.

He could have pawned it like he has many things over his life and made some money, but didn't know any better.

It's pretty much beat to shit these days I imagine, but could be restored I guess.

IIRC K-mart and Wal-mart got out of the gun/ammo selling because of lawsuits. When Lawyers look at a case the first thing the examine is the "deep pockets". Even if Wal-mart had no way of knowing I was going to go ape-shit with the 12-gauge they just sold me a lawyer would threaten a lawsuit anyway claiming that the clerk "should have noticed" I was not acting normal. Now the case in court would result with Wal-mart probably winning but to avoid the costly lawyers they would probably just agree to a settlement.

WalMart sells lots of guns and ammo, KMart stopped in 2011 or so. Why did you post this misinformation?
