How do I get aimbot?

Anybody know how to get aimbot,because everybody and there mother has it and I'm sick of getting shot by them.

And since the majority of servers now use Punkbuster, i have yet to see anyone using Aimbot, even when i suspect them and i spectate, they aren't.
