How do I get the discount on the Crucial Ram?

I checked the price by following the link in the banner above and in the ad at the top of the Forums, but when I go to www.crucial.com (without the linked 15% AT Forum discount) I get the same price. The ad says there is a 15% discount exclusive to AT Forum users. Why isn't the price 15% (or any for that matter) lower than finding it at www.crucial.com?

Both times I selected Motherboard, Elite Group, K7S5A.

because anybody who goes to crucial gets an automatic 10% off their listed price, so in reality, the anandtech discount is only 5% more than normal.

The ad says,"Crucial is giving an exclusive discount on memory to Anandtech forum users. Click the link below and save 15% discount off list price on any or all the memory upgrades you want at Crucial.com."

The same thing for the same price is not 15% off, and its not 5%, off its 0% off.

So how do I get a discount?

$41.64 is the price for the memory at 15% off list price.

$48.99 x 0.15 = $7.35
$48.99 - $7.35 = $41.64

At first, I was seeing the same results as you...whether I used the Anandtech link or not, it still said $41.64.

Then I deleted all my cookies.

I went back to Crucial.com, and the discounted price was listed at $44.09 (normal 10% off).

Delete the Crucial.com cookie and check the site out without the Anandtech link. Then check again with the link. You should see the difference then.
