I want to install four, tiny cameras on my car; one on each corner. I, then, need to display the video output simultaneously to my Nexus 7.
I found an Android app called tinyCam Monitor that will allow me to display multiple video streams. It supports IP cameras. I was thinking that if I can turn the analog video into a digital, streaming format, then I can establish a LAN in my car and have all the streaming video accessible via the Nexus 7.
I have a spare WiFi access point that I can use for this setup. I just need something to translate the analog video into an IP stream that I can access via tinyCam.
I'm already using the Nexus 7 as my navigation device. I'd like to minimize adding another screen into the car, so if I can get this setup to work, then I can have navigation and parking cameras accessible in one device.
