Hey man, don't know what that other guys problem is...
You can overclock you card one of two ways. You can download a program called Powerstrip that will let you make all sorts of adjustments to your card right from an icon in your system tray.
Or you can use the registry tweak to enable overclocking using the nVidia Detenator drivers. To do this put the following in your registry.
Under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NVTweak
Put in a new numerical value called "CoolBits" and set it equal to decimal 3.
Then goto the display properties where you normally adjust OpenGL or DirectX properties and you will see a new tab called "Hardware Options" and overclock away.
