How do I set-up a dial-up server?

The scenario is that when our client connects to our dial-up server, he should get 2 ip addresses.

Um... I've never heard of PPP ever being able to be assigned two IP addresses. I have not seen PPP ever implemented where the user dialing in gets anything other than one IP (/32). Anyone aware of a reason why they could not be given a /30 or even a /28)? Will radius allow for a block of IP's instead of just one IP to be assigned to a user dialing in ?

Ok, here is the scenario. One of our clients using DDU is going to connect to our dial-up server then to our authentication server. He wants to acquire 2 IP addresses from us. The scenario on his side is he'll get one IP for the DDU connection and another IP to be used for his Ethernet card for their local LAN. One of my officemates told me he was able to do this same scenario specifically with Infocom before. I was wondering how to configure the dial-up server in such a way to enable a subnet mask of 255.255.255.252(i.e. 2 public IP's). We are using Nortel CVX for the dial-up server and Preside Radius for the authentication server.
