Raves and rants about good and bad deals and vendors questions should be posted in the ~~~~ Brag & Moan ~~~~ thread.

You probably need to call your local store and ask what they do. Mine doesn't since we have no Omax in town.

CC has taken down the rebate form for $50 off the 120 gb western digital hdd. But it's still on www.circuitcityrebates.com!!!

Just go there and enter in YE065 (that's zero, six, five, not the letter 'O'). Enter in your info, and voila! You get a the $50 rebate form!

P.S. The rebate forms on CC.com require a signature, but the ones I printed out on ccrebates.com didn't ask for one. I didn't put one on there, but I'm not sure if it'll work. You should probably sign it just in case.

To create a new topic, locate the category in which you want to create the topic and click the new topic tab on the Main Navigation bar (on the upper right-hand side of your screen). I found a hot software deal from a well known merchant. The software is OEM. At that merchant you can certainly toss a piece of hardware in to make it legit, but it is not being advertised as a bundle. I think it is up to the user of the site to make a qualifying purchase. Is it ok for me to post the deal here?

Tommorow CC will have the wireless desktop elite for 99-39 dollar rebate. If I bought it tonight at 95 dollars could I go in tommorow for a price match guarantee (does this apply to AR prices?). Also if I did instore pickup could I do a PM to Compusa (they will have it for 99-20 instant savings). In other words is there anyway to formulate a good deal with this information??

I need help finding Compusa Internet deal coupons.

I went ahead and took the risk on the deal for last week referenced in this thread.

However, I didn't print out the rebate forms at the time. When I went to do it this morning, I can no longer find them. They have the Netgear stuff on sale this week in store, but I need the rebates applicable to last week. I've looked all over the Compusa site and turned up nothing. Can anybody out there help me?

I am looking into buying a Western Digital HD 120GB retail kit. Today's Fry's ad has it for $79 before a $30 rebate... Circuit City has it for $119 before a $80 total rebate. I was wondering if Circuit City will have a problem price matching the $79 before rebate Fry's price. Will they have a problem price matching this? CompUSA and BestBuy can be a bit iffy when i try to pricematch stuff...

I last piece of the puzzle is making a copy of the sales receipt with the purchase prices circled.

Everything was purchased through my school's student store at the Apple.com store.

Are my "sales receipts" the e-mails that came from apple.com with the subject heading, "Your Apple Invoice #blahblah" ?

It's not a dumb question and I don't know what constitutes a receipt for their purposes but, if you have a question, call the phone number on the rebate form or email the address given and ask. Better to ask in advance than do it wrong. Good luck!
