I'm french and your sentence is correct... but a CPU isn't CPU in french. If you translate the "central processing unit", in french it would give UCT (unité centrale de traitement). But you could just say "processeur".
But there's no direct translation to overclocking. Even french hardware sites just use "overclocking".
