I'm a guac man. Hass (haas?) slices with just a little salt or a piece of tomato to pair are excellent as well.

2 avocados
1 lime
salsa

Peel avocados, remove seeds. Place in bowl. Cut lime in half, squeeze into bowl. Mash with a spoon or fork or anything really. Pour in salsa to taste and mix. Enjoy.

I usually have it on sandwiches or burgers. Lots of the time I just eat them plain. One of my favorites is diced avacado with diced tomato and salt and pepper.

You GOTTA be Asian if you eat fucked up stuff like that... <shakes head>

Avocados? Mostly as quacamole, but occasionally my wife will slip some slices into a sandwich or in a sandwich. I don't really care for the texture, so I keep a close eye out for the stuff...

I used to feel this way also. Don't remember the event, but I love them now. It takes a little getting used to the squishy feeling when peeling them. They are tremendously nutritious by themselves with a bit of salt.

as many serrano chiles as avacados (3-5)
a tomato
half a red onion
cup or so of cilantro

deskin the serrano chiles by frying them in oil till the skin changes color, then peel off the skin.

dice everything up.

mix together.

done.
