How Do You Feel About Piercings?

Since we're on the topic of tattoos in another thread, I was just wondering how everyone felt about body piercing.

What do you like/dislike. And if you like it, what pierced body part turns you on the most?

I generally don't think they look that good. Plus, it makes me wonder why a person would inflict needless pain on themselves.

On the other hand, as a guy, I get the impression that any girl who would do such a thing would be more open to have sex with a loser like me -- so that sort of gets me excited at the same time.

Some of the "different" ear piercings are cool, like at the top and stuff. Tongue rings are cool by me. My g/f has a belly button ring... THOSE are hot depending on the girl's figure Eyebrows can be cool. Nipples can be cool...anything below the waist? Maybe...

Anything on the ear is good. The eyebrow or nose is ok. The bellybutton is tolerable. Anything else is nasty.

Why do you think a chick with a piercing would be more willing to have sex with you than other chicks? Does peircing = easy?

piercing doesn't necessarily = easy, but it can mean they're more open quite often.

personally, i love navel and tongue rings, and i do like ear piercings, although more than about 3 per ear is probably too much, but i do like the cart piercings.

This is what I like pierced on girls (but I could care less if they didn't have any piercings at all):
- belly button
- tongue
- nipple
- nose (only stud)
- eyebrow (only sometimes)
- ears (duh)
- clit

This is what I DON'T like pierced on girls:
- lip
- nose rings
- huge eyebrow piercings
- more than 1 tongue piercing
- any other strange place

i, myself, have three piercings. all in the ear though. two up top in the cartilidge(sp) and 1 in the lobe

No, seriously, I don't know. It might be because a lot of girls that exhibit "wild" behavior (appearing in p0rn, the Howard Stern show etc.) tend to have tattoos and piercings.

Yeah piercings are cool. Anywhere is cool on a girl, except a ring in the lip (studs are ok) and nose rings, and those weird ones where they get them through the cheek and through the skin inbetween their fingers, but all the others are not too bad... it doesn't really matter to me if a girl has a piercing though.

I generally don't like piercings at all. "Normal" ear piercings are so common that they're just kind of meh, but anything else I generally find distasteful.

Like or am OK with:

Ears (in moderation, two per ear + tragus is probably about the most)
Nose (diamond stud in the side is kinda cool, no rings, nothing that looks like you should attach a chain to it)
Navel
Eyebrow (again in moderation, one small ring can be cool)

That's about the extent of it, nipples & genitals are a definite no-no, tongue piercings I'm more tolerant towards.

ehh.. the only piercing that i like is the eyebrow piercing... on a female it looks AMAZING .. i dunno why... the tounge ring is pretty nasty... so are the rest.. heck, my gf doesnt even wear earings

As for piercings making someone more attractive, if you need to put some pieces of metal into your body to look more attractive, then perhaps you're not as attractive as you always thought.

I was going to get my tongue pierced for the new year, but I ended up with a dentist appointment on January 3, so I guess I'll wait a couple weeks after.

Like I said in the tattoo thread, I dig piercings when they're for personal reasons. One of my best friends got her cartilage, tongue, and navel pierced because her friends were doing it and she figured "What the hell." Bottom line, if they're not expressing something about you, I don't like them.
